Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Products that have been used, modified, or are not in original packaging are not eligible for return.

This includes but is not limited to workplace safety standards, fume extraction requirements, and laser safety protocols. xTool F1 Ultra products are classified as Class 1 laser products when operated with the enclosure closed, but users must follow all safety guidelines provided in the product documentation.
